The service was truly poor. We stayed just one night, and when we listed the problems at checkout, the owner was rude. The hotel is basic, with terrible cleanliness: hair in the dirty shower, dirty sinks and sticky floors. The TVs didn’t work, and breakfast was poor, with bugs in the juice. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were bare, pipes rattled at night, some lights didn’t work, and the TV was missing some channels. I traveled with my family and one of our two rooms was terribly dirty. The owner was rude and arrogant with us, and only got angry at the cleaning lady, though that wasn’t the only problem. This is a basic hotel, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The breakfast was good, and the staff helpful and polite. The parking lot is clean, though not very large, and the TV signal was very poor: we could get about 20 channels at best, and not all were national. It’s a quiet, basic hotel very close to the sanctuary, with excellent value for money. You can’t expect too much, but it works well for pilgrim caravans or families heading to San Pio.

We stopped for lunch while passing through San Giovanni rotondo and had the tourist menu. The welcome was excellent, and the meal offered good value for the price.

The owners were so welcoming and helpful that we had a wonderful weekend. It's close to the sanctuary and great value for money. I'd recommend it!
