The room was very old, and the shower felt cramped, with the mold on the walls much too close. Breakfast was the same all three mornings, while we saw other pilgrims getting more variety. Some days the staff were nice, other days less so. You have to pay a euro for water at the lobby, since there isn’t any in the rooms. We also ordered drinks at the bar, but the receptionist could only make an Aperol Spritz, even though the menu listed about five choices. The location was good, but if you can book somewhere closer, do that.

The location, staff, and breakfast were all great. I liked that the rooms had a bell and a way to signal with the key whether someone was inside. More hotels should have that. The rooms are a little dated, and the shower leaked a bit. The towel dryer rack didn’t work, but aside from those things, it was great.

We had a lovely stay in comfortable rooms, with wonderful service from staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend!

The rooms are a decent size, beautifully decorated in Italian style. Breakfast was okay, though not great. The staff were nice, and the hotel was extremely peaceful. There were lots of pilgrims visiting blessed padre Pio.

The place was clean and quiet, with friendly staff and a good location. Everything else was good, but breakfast was a major disappointment. The choices were limited, with dry cakes, stale bread and fruit from a can. For this breakfast, it definitely doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.
