“Lucas Home in Tuscany” is a lovely base for exploring Tuscany. Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Siena are easy to reach by car or train, as are the seaside towns along the coast. The rooms are spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished, with lovely paintings adding an artistic touch. It was genuinely quiet, especially at night, and the good air conditioning kept the rooms cool on hot summer days. Breakfast was excellent, whether Italian or English style, and Luca prepared it himself with care. He's one of the kindest hosts I've met. I can warmly recommend this bed and breakfast. Posso raccomandare caldamente il Bed and breakfast “Lucas Home in Tuscany”.

Everything worked well in the quiet location, and the room and bathroom were spacious, tidy, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a good variety, including packaged items and fresh croissants. The fridge was always stocked, and the owner was attentive and very helpful. Parking was available on the sidewalk leading to the main road. It's convenient for Pisa, about five minutes away, and also for Viareggio. Recommended.

The owners were kind, friendly, and happy to help, and they make a simple but tasty breakfast, with extra requests welcome. The B&B is in a private villa in Arena Metato, with spacious, inviting rooms and all the comforts you need. There are also useful extras like reserved parking and bike rental. I liked the shared spaces too, especially the little sunny terrace and garden. A handy base for exploring by car, about 20 minutes from Viareggio, Pisa, and Lucca.

Camilla and I will always remember Luca and his wife Monica fondly, and we'll definitely be back soon. They're exceptionally kind, courteous, and accommodating, ready to help sort out any problem. The atmosphere feels like family without ever being intrusive. The B&B itself is lovely and welcoming, and its cleanliness is especially striking. A positive stay in every way. Highly recommended to everyone. See you soon, Luca!
