Everything was lovely here 👌 though having a car would be better 🚙

The owner spoke and acted arrogantly. He demanded a supposed €25 penalty even though we’d never agreed to one, and his WhatsApp voicemail was clear about that. Then he denied what was on his own voicemail to get the alleged penalty at all costs. He even told me never to come back, despite being completely in the wrong. What do you think?

I felt sick throughout my stay. The place was dusty, wasn’t cleaned every day, and the air felt damp. Breakfast was awful too: for two days there was just a table of processed foods, nothing like what you’d expect for such a high price. I really wouldn’t recommend this place.

Marco sent all the check-in details on WhatsApp, which made arriving easy, and he’s a very meticulous owner. This charming B&B is in an elegant villa just a few minutes’ drive from the center of San Lazzaro di Savena, with parking on site. The rooms each have a private entrance, and I believe they’re all on the ground floor. Inside, everything was elegant, spacious, and clean. There’s a coffee pod machine and what you need to make breakfast yourself. Outside, there are shaded spots with tables, chairs, and loungers. +++
