Das Bergland

The staff will go out of their way to make your stay worthwhile, and the rooms are wonderful. You get the best view in the area, too. We liked it so much that we stayed an extra day beyond what we'd planned. It's an awesome hotel, and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Bergland hotel in July 2020 and were so glad we chose it. The food was great, and our spacious room was clean. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help when we wanted advice. We can definitely recommend the hotel and will surely return. Petra R.

We arrived at Hotel Bergland on short notice for work as a film crew, bringing a large group, lots of vehicles and cases of equipment. We also spent the evenings in the bar, and the two women running the place took it all in stride. They were wonderfully kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to delay dinner, get breakfast ready earlier and let us keep our rooms later. The restaurant dinners were excellent too. Thank you so much. I can't say enough about how nice they were, like having Mums away from home.

The hosts were lovely, cheerful and very helpful, and the setting and views are beautiful. I did miss having bottled water in the room, a table and chair for working, and a much bigger duvet. Those were small gripes, though, and everything else was so good that they didn't get in the way of enjoying the stay.
