The hosts had a warm, personal way of looking after me, and no request seemed like a bother. I arrived with a very late booking, but they welcomed me kindly and flexibly, and the staff stayed friendly, smiling, and ready to help throughout. Their service made it clear that guests matter here. The village is quiet and peaceful, a comfortable place to unwind in the Alps away from crowds and noise. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with delicious freshly prepared food and attentive service. It was easy to relax and enjoy good meals without leaving the hotel. I’d gladly stay again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a restful setting, caring hosts, great hospitality, and good food.

We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from our balcony before and after our treks. The view was spectacular, and our room stayed clean, spacious, and tidy each day. Panorama Hotel Wildschütz was just what my partner and I wanted: a quiet hotel with a great view. A special thank you to the talented 20-year-old who put so much care into preparing a private candlelit dinner for us, timed with a breathtaking sunset. We also really appreciated the locally sourced products. We’ll definitely be back! ⛰️🥾❤️

The valley and mountain views were fantastic, and the hotel was run with real care and attention to detail. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to suggest things to do. I had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the surrounding area too. Thanks for such a lovely time. I highly recommend the hotel and plan to return.

The family took such personal care of us while we were traveling by motorcycle, going above and beyond to make our two-night stay comfortable. We had a warm welcome and a beautiful room with panoramic views. The whirlpool area, steam room, and sauna had everything we could want, and breakfast was excellent. A huge thank you to the team. The hotel was just what we needed to unwind after our hut-to-hut trek in the Texelgruppe. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was well catered, and the rooms were spacious. We left our luggage there during the trek without any trouble, and afterwards they even washed a load of our hiking clothes for free. The Südtirol Guest Pass also lets you use the village outdoor pool for free. Getting there from Innsbruck was easy: train to Vipiteno, then bus 317 over the Jaufen Pass. The stop is at the end of the hotel street, and the village bus to Pfelders leaves from there too. The Brenner-Vipiteno train and buses are free with the Südtirol Guest Pass, which the hotel sent us in advance. Highly recommended if you’re planning to hike in the Texelgruppe.
