Everything was clean and in good condition in our nicely furnished room. The hosts were helpful and very friendly, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The town center is easy to reach on foot, including the bakery and main bus stop.

The owners were friendly and discreet, and we had valley views from a top location. Our apartment was comfortable, recently renovated, very clean, and tastefully furnished with everything we needed and more. We stayed over New Year's Eve, and the price was great for that time of year. One of our loveliest holidays. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the peace and quiet, and the apartments had wonderful mountain views from their balconies. The furnishings were clean, and the modern kitchen had everything we needed. The Gufler family, who run Residence Talblick, welcomed our family with real warmth and respect and were always available to help. We had a beautiful holiday in San Leonardo in Passiria in August and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful Easter holiday. The Gufler family treated us kindly and courteously throughout. The house sits centrally in the village, with a perfect view of the Passeier Valley, and our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Many thanks to the family.

Everything was spotless, and the location was excellent. The apartment is brand new and fitted out to a very high standard, with modern technology. Calling it simply furnished would be a huge understatement: everything is tasteful and high quality, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the built-in wardrobe is fantastic. There’s loads of space for such a compact area. The bathroom is superb too, beautifully tiled and thoughtfully laid out, with a walk-in shower. I can wholeheartedly recommend it, though maybe I shouldn’t, or you’ll never find a place to stay at short notice again 😉.
