Lake Nembia is about 800 metres away, and walking around it morning and evening became a highlight. It felt wonderfully peaceful, and our dog loved it. We were a little worried by the bear warning signs at first, but Alexandra told us bears only visit the hotel now and then 😉 The apartment was spacious and cleverly laid out, with a parking spot always available. Everything went smoothly, from checking in to handing it back a week later. It was so quiet it almost seemed unreal. You’re well placed to explore the area, though mountain journeys take a bit longer than the distances suggest. For the first time on holiday I didn’t drive, and got to enjoy the scenery from the passenger seat. If you can, drive a few kilometres, park, and wander through the mountains. It’s worth it.

A really peaceful spot by little Nembia lake, almost like having your own beach. There’s a lovely easy trail to the larger lake, just 3 km away, and a 4 km walk around it if you fancy. The staff were welcoming and gave us good ideas for things to do nearby. We had a lake-view room for two nights and loved it. The hotel also rents electric bikes, and the spa facilities are new and very nice. Great for relaxing and being close to nature.

A quiet, intimate place right by Nembia lake, with lovely mountains all around and Molveno close by. The owners were kind and the service was great. Since we had our dog with us, they’d put out bowls and some treats. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

Breakfast came with local products and homemade cakes, and there’s a sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area too. The hotel is cosy, very clean, and has the nicest staff. Best experience ever. I’d strongly recommend it to families and couples!
