B&B De' Biffi

The staff made us feel very welcome and gave us a map on the first day, taking time to point out places to see, eat, and explore. Their tips were spot on and helped us enjoy the city. At the end, they sent us off with a bottle of wine and a goodie bag, such a thoughtful gift. Most of the main attractions are only a short walk from B&B De Biffi, which made getting around easy. We had an amazing stay and would happily return. Definitely recommend it!h

During our five days and four nights at de Biffi, we found the rooms clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast generous and lovely. I accidentally tossed my glasses into the bedroom trash, but the cleaning crew found and saved them. That was far beyond what I expected. I recommend B&B de Biffi and would come back in a heartbeat.

The staff were attentive and usually easy to reach, and the location made it simple to get to the sights. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed felt a little firm, but I still slept well. My only complaint was about another room used by one of our travel companions. There was a lot of noise outside it at breakfast time, with the microwave and cabinets being slammed early in the morning. We still really enjoyed our stay.

Getting around was easy and felt safe, thanks to the perfect location. Ellie was great at check-in, called to confirm our reservation, and had plenty of suggestions for places to see and restaurants. The room was spacious enough for our family of four.
