The owner was really nice and helpful, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge, and a large private bathroom. Breakfast was good, and parking was free. You can hear the train going by, but it didn't bother us. The issue was the upstairs neighbors, who walked heavily early in the morning and late at night.

We got around easily on the bicycles the owners provided, and they even had parking for our car, which isn't always available. My girlfriend and I had a lovely week in Giulianova. The owners were kind and friendly, always there when needed without getting in the way, and made us feel at home. We'd love to return soon and happily recommend B&B Km. 313.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the railway is nearby, so trains go past. Apart from that, everything was impeccable. This is a lovely, spotless, well-kept place not far from the sea, and it has a real family-run feel. The hosts are welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was varied and superb, and the rooms were tidy, with air conditioning, a fridge, and more. The owners were welcoming and helpful. It’s a beautiful place, conveniently located for visiting town or heading to the beach. Five stars for life.
