The room was spacious, comfortable, and well kept, and the restaurant was excellent. Everyone on staff was personable and experienced. The sunset over the vineyard sloping down toward the distant hills was spectacular, especially with a glass of their wine. Their dog quietly joined us to watch it. Tenuta San Marco was a wonderful experience, and we’re planning to return next year.

The location is so relaxing, and the waiters are both friendly and professional. The food was refined and tasty at a fair price, and the wine was amazing too. I strongly recommend it for couples or larger groups wanting to enjoy an authentic Italian style.

We swam every day, looking out at the mountains and vineyard. The view is spectacular, the owners gave us a warm welcome, and the food was good. Great company, too. An incredible spot for a Globaliscious retreat.

The food is really, really good, but the service takes forever. The first time, it took 2.5 hours just to get a starter and a main. When we raised it, the staff said that was the farmhouse pace instead of apologizing. We tried again and waited just as long. If you want to eat there, set aside the whole evening. Also, wasps were everywhere during the day. It was so bad we couldn’t even use the pool!

We’ve been coming here since 2013 and have watched this agriturismo evolve. It’s a real pleasure to return. We had delicious food yesterday, slow food but really good. Nearly five stars for me.
