The apartment had everything we needed, especially air conditioning, and there was plenty of room. It’s peaceful and close to Verona, and I’d particularly recommend it for families. The kids loved the pool, ping pong table and basketball court. The region is also great for cycling and wine tasting. Perfect!
We felt at home with the caring, pleasant owner, and the rooms were comfortable. The villa grounds are beautiful, with lovely surroundings and plenty for adults and children to do, including swimming, tennis and basketball. Verona is an easy drive away. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
Patrizia was a very kind host, and we had a wonderful time at this B&B. We loved the pool and the lovely location. Everything about the place was amazing!
Patrizia made this a fabulous holiday, and she’s a top host. The house was very clean, with a lovely terrace view for breakfast or a peaceful glass of Valpolicella in the evening. The location is great, with four really good Italian restaurants nearby, 15 minutes from Verona, 40 from Garda lake and 50 from the mountains. There’s a very nice swimming pool, tennis court and ping-pong table, and the room was large. It’s a very good B&B all round. We’ve now seen Como, Bergamo and Venezia, so we need to head south in Italia, but if we can, we’ll return. Thanks and take care, greetings from Vic, Fien, Ellen and Bram.
La Grola deserves ten stars. Incredible hosts, food and accommodations. A must-stay!
