We had a cozy, clean room that was just right for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Gratschwirt feels full of character, and the owners clearly put their hearts into the place. The restaurant was a real highlight: delicious homemade food with local ingredients, served so warmly I felt among friends. The atmosphere is special, full of passion and authenticity. I'd happily come back, and recommend it to anyone looking for a place with character and genuine Alpine hospitality. ❤️

Our room was spacious and had a balcony with a stunning view of the Dolomites. The mountains in the distance felt magical. Food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We brought our two dogs and had no problems. The hotel has a warm, family-run feel, and we loved our stay. A top place! ❤️

The food was practically raw, and when we complained, they told us to leave if we didn't like it. They were rude to both us and our dog. The service was awful. Our room was meant to be deluxe, but it just looked out over the road. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We had a great stay, and the peaceful wellness area and easy parking were a bonus. The hotel has historic character and a cozy feel. The staff worked hard to make us comfortable and were very helpful. They even adjusted the dinner menu for our youngest daughter, which we appreciated a lot. I left my ski shoes behind when we headed home. They sent them to me right away and didn't charge anything. We'll definitely come back. A big thank you to the staff!

We spent 12 lovely days here and would happily return. Everything is close by, and the family takes real pride in running the hotel. The staff were lovely and ready to help with anything. Our room was very spacious, with a big bathroom and a shower that always had hot water. Breakfast had a huge choice each morning, and the three-course meal in the afternoon changed daily. On sunny days there's a hot tub out back, plus a swimming pool, sauna and steam room that they can turn on for you if you ask. Hopefully I'll be back one day.
