6/10
The apartment was nicely furnished, and the location is hard to beat. You can get to everything from here, so I'd give the location four stars. The place itself was pretty average, though. The elevator wouldn't work with the key, and the AC was awful. Water pressure in the shower was weak too. There was so much noise outside that we couldn't leave the windows open at night.

Restaurants and the metro are both close by. The apartment itself was roomy, clean, and nice, with a good kitchen, washing machine, and oven.

A charming building and a really nice apartment. It's centrally located, close to the subway.
