The animators deserve a big bravo. They did more than keep us entertained, they gave us memories we won’t forget. Our stay at Europa Hotel was warm and welcoming, and the owners have a real knack for making guests feel at home. The area itself is beautiful, and we’d love to come back. Hard to believe the place is rated 3 stars when our experience felt more like 4 or 5.

We’re back for a second year at Hotel Europa. Great service and staff, and the spot is ideal for getting to the Tognola cable cars.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is in a very good location, but the service fell far short of basic hospitality. The woman at reception, who also seemed to be the hotel administrator or manager, was very rude. Our group felt like intruders in her home instead of paying guests. It was cold throughout the hotel both day and night. The heating only came on for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. Breakfast had very few choices, and juice and water were served in plastic glasses. 😨
