The breakfast was tasty and good quality, even if there wasn't a huge choice. We had a street-facing room with a balcony, and the soundproofing held up well. The owner was very kind, and the furnishings were excellent. We had a great stay and I'd highly recommend it.

The main road outside can get busy, which was the one drawback for us. Inside, though, the rooms have been renovated and decorated beautifully, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The hostess was very friendly, and parking is available. We'd happily come back.

Right in the center of San Martino in Passiria, with the tennis courts and spectacular municipal pool nearby. The place has been redone in a modern style with all the comforts, and it was spotlessly clean. The owner was exceptionally kind and courteous. Breakfast was the TOP, with fresh fruit, cured meats, pastries, yogurt, jams, and plenty more. Highly recommended! 🔝❤️

I was very satisfied with my stay, and it worked really well for me as a motorcyclist. The room was comfortable and nice, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. Everything was very clean, and the people were friendly. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it was quite enough for me.

After cycling through a rainy day, we arrived to a really warm welcome. We could hang our wet clothes up, and the hostess even made tea for us. The place was stylish and clean. Everything was lovely!
