The food was delicious and the location excellent, but our two-night stay was let down by the rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the mattresses smelled dusty. There was a lot of dust in the rooms and throughout the property, and cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathrooms were dated, and even the drains didn't work properly.

We’ve been coming back for years, and had another lovely stay this time, from January 29th to February 1st. The hotel is well placed for getting to the facilities, and the rooms and shared areas were clean. The staff were kind and ready to help with anything we needed, and it was good value for money. The food was excellent, with plenty of first and second courses. There was a menu just for the little ones, too, and everything was delicious. The waiters were so helpful and kind. The entertainment was great, the kids were brilliant and got everyone involved, so we had a really good time. Thanks to everyone, see you next year 😘

The rooms and shared spaces stayed clean even with the hotel fully booked, and they kindly gave us bowls for our dog. It’s pet-friendly, and there’s a spa as well. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of choice, and they catered for allergies and intolerances. The owner, Mr. Alessandro, and all the staff were incredibly kind. There’s entertainment for adults and kids, plus different outings every day to local "belvedere" spots. The hotel is close to the slopes and activities like skiing, horseback riding, snowmobiling, sledding, and the chairlift for pedestrians, so getting out to do things is easy. Before we arrived, they sent useful updates on the weather and road conditions. We had a wonderful time 😍. We’ll be back, highly recommend it.

The food was the one bright spot: it was well cooked, portions were adequate, and there was a decent variety. The entertainment was okay, though it didn't have much energy or involvement. We were four people, and the stay fell well short of what we expected. The room was far too small for us, the extra bed was literally falling apart, and the sheets were torn, stained, and clearly worn. The service was disappointing, with waiters who seemed annoyed and unresponsive to basic requests. Cleanliness was the worst part. There was dried vomit on the stairs and dog hair all over dirty communal seating. Once, I even got visible traces of urine on my jeans just by walking through the property. That was absolutely unacceptable. The poor hygiene and service didn't justify the high price at all. We felt neglected and frankly cheated. We don't recommend it, and won't return.
