We couldn't stay there and ended up having to find somewhere else, sleeping in the car. The place was dirty and poorly cared for, with mold and water coming in, and there was no heating. The sheets were damp and unhygienic, and we saw mites and spiders in them. It was genuinely unlivable in those conditions. See attached photo.

The village stays cool and breezy in summer, a welcome oasis in the heat. The place itself is lovely and well kept, and the lady was very kind, attentive, and genuinely nice. There are spaces for different needs, with apartments in different sizes and furnished in different ways.

I came back this year, and staying at Casa Farinella is always a treat, especially in the Via Umberto apartment. Mrs. Tina was attentive and did her best to meet all my needs and those of the other guests staying with me. Thanks to her staff too for their care and hospitality. Everyone should come back to San Mauro!

The warm welcome from the Casa Vacanze Farinella staff made my work stay in San Mauro a unique experience. The town itself is charming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were elegant, classy, and clean, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future business meetings and family holidays. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

The house was clean and well organized, and the owners were kind and ready to help with anything. We were happy to stay at Casa Vacanze Farinella and will definitely come back.
