Such a lovely place, with a wonderful view of the countryside. It was very clean and cozy.

The breakfast room was lavish and full of local delicacies, and the owner was incredibly kind. Our room was welcoming, with a beamed ceiling, lovely furnishings, and a thorough clean. The bathroom was practical, splendid, and stocked with plenty of complimentary toiletries. From the little terrace, we had a breathtaking view of the small valley. A dream, the best ever. You can reach the property from Sansepolcro in just a few minutes, passing through a green valley. The B&B stands out a little way up in the background, reached by two hairpin bends. The second is narrow for large vehicles, though there's parking in the lot below. A swarm of cats and dogs of various kinds greeted us cheerfully without getting in our way. Perfection.

It feels like home here, tucked away in nature. A welcoming, relaxing spot when you need a break from the city's hectic pace.

It's so peaceful and welcoming that you really do feel at home, and they seem to have thought of everything. The loveliest place I've been to. I'll be back soon! ❤️

The only little drawback was the parking. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and well kept, the price was reasonable, and the staff were always kind and courteous.
