After walking the Via Francesco, we were tired, and staying at Casa Donello felt like a real pleasure. The hosts gave us a lovely welcome and were very hospitable. Our room was comfortable and clean, with thoughtful touches like a make-up mirror and sensor lighting. The bathroom and shower were very good and on the same floor. We also loved the breakfast, especially the homemade cakes.

We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable, calm and laid back, and I could imagine staying longer to explore the area. Donella and Paulo were so welcoming, and the whole house, including the room and toilet, was in mint condition. Breakfast felt homey, with four different kinds of homemade cake Paulo had made. They really made us feel treated. Thanks a lot.

We've been coming back every year since 2019 on our way south to Calabria. It's a lovely rural house, quiet and clean, with modern bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious, and the hosts are charming. Highly recommend.

Paolo was one of the nicest people I've met. He made sure breakfast was all set and gave us lots of recommendations, and every place we tried was worth it. The home was spotless and felt welcoming, with a true Italian feel, and the price was very good too. We had a great stay, and would choose it again if we return to Arezzo, Sansepolcro or Tuscany. Their cat Teo is adorable and affectionate, likes being picked up and sitting on your shoulder, and rubs his face on you. Now I want a cat like him.

Donella and Paolo were wonderful to us. When one of us sprained a foot near Sansepolcro, Donella picked us up and even stopped at a supermarket so we could get dinner. The B&B rooms and bathroom were clean, cozy and just right. There's also a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery, plus a living room. Paolo made amazing orange and blackberry cakes for breakfast. Highly recommend the place.
