I paid €50 after the owner apologized and offered a discount, but the stay still felt overpriced. Outside noise carried into the room all night and made it hard to rest, and the bed was too soft and unstable to be comfortable. The rooms at Hotel Albergo Fiorentino in Sansepolcro are very old and sparsely furnished, and cleanliness was disappointing. The open toilet cistern was in a disgusting state and made a terrible first impression. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a restful stay.

Friendly workers, and restaurants and bars are only 50 m away. The rooms are decent, Wi-Fi is free, and there's a secure garage.

We found bed bugs too, which is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel. It's badly outdated, breakfast is terrible, and the service is rude. The owner apparently couldn't find our reservation and charged us more. We stayed over Easter 2025.

The location is excellent, the room has useful facilities for pilgrims, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is served at a pleasant nearby bar. But bed bugs are completely unacceptable. Please do something about this!

Right in the center, and the location and price made for a pleasant stay. I'd rate it as a superior two-star hotel. The linen and bathroom were clean, and Wi-Fi was included. The mattresses and bed frames could do with an update.
