4/10
The owner is friendly and seems cultured, but the rooms are very poor, barely decent. The bathroom is awful, and the place needs a major renovation. We left and found more decent accommodation elsewhere.

The location is really central, and the welcome was warm. The staff were helpful, though they stayed noisy late into the night. The rooms feel dated.

8/10
For the price, it's fine. The room was clean and the owners were kind.

8/10
The manager was kind and offered useful advice. The room was pleasant and clean, with a shared bathroom, and the place is right in the center of Sansepolcro.

2/10
The room was warm, but dirty, and the blanket wasn't clean either. There were spoiled apples, and the shared bathroom had no key. The location is central.
