From the bed, there's a lovely view of the bridge and the Brembo river, and the little apartment is decorated really nicely. It's on the second floor with no elevator, so getting up takes a bit of effort, but it's well worth it. Handy for the San Pellegrino spa, and not far from ski areas either. Next time I might combine the two. The host was very welcoming and nice.

Stayed here with my partner and two friends. It was good value for money, and the apartment had an amazing view. San Pellegrino Therme is just a ten-minute walk away.

We were due to leave for San Pellegrino on September 22, 2025, but severe thunderstorms had hit overnight and the forecast across northern Italy was dire. With torrential rain causing widespread damage in the north, I called the host to ask whether we could move our stay by a few days. She gave me a firm no, said good morning, and hung up. Since we'd already paid in full and didn't want to lose the money, we set off on what turned into a nightmare journey in the pouring rain. We asked to enter before the scheduled 2:00 PM check-in, but were refused again. Once we finally reached the apartment, it was a disappointment. The narrow, steep stairs up to the third floor were a struggle with our suitcases, and the place didn't match the photos on Booking.com. The bathroom was tiny and had neither a bidet nor the French window shown in the pictures. Street traffic was audible below, and the shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper had already been used by previous guests. What a letdown!

Elena was friendly, very helpful, and quick to answer our questions from the start. We spent two nights here in December for a weekend at the San Pellegrino Spa. The window looked straight onto the bridge, and its Christmas lights made the view feel magical. We highly recommend this home 😊👍🏻
