The water is that clear, intense blue you expect in Sardinia, and the sand is white. The bay itself is small, with a narrow crescent of beach and Posidonia oceanica covering about half of it. There’s a little pier on the left with motorboats and dinghies that are nearly always still. A small bar and rentals for canoes, windsurfing, and other gear are available. Around a third of the beach has loungers and umbrellas, which I think are for the exclusive use of Hotel Baja Bianca. Behind the beach is a lovely pond with coots, mallards, egrets, moorhens, ten flamingos, and a black-winged stilt, seen on August 30, 2017.
