Marco deserves a special thank you. He was a warm, friendly host, always available, and gave us great local tips. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. The studio was roomy, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, and the location was ideal for visiting San Teodoro and nearby beaches. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. If you want a clean, comfortable place in a great location with a truly kind host, this is an excellent choice.

The hills, ocean views, nearby goats and pool made it easy to switch off here. Marco and his parents were lovely hosts, and the villa room had the comfort, space and privacy we needed, including a small terrace and parking. It was cleaned every day, and breakfast felt like being at your grandmother’s country house. The omelette was especially good.

We spent eight comfortable, memorable days at Domus Francy, a magical place. The gardens, patios and grounds were beautifully kept, with pristine surroundings and views. Each morning began with a tasty buffet breakfast served by signora Francy and her kind son Marco. San Teodoro is just minutes away, and the various beaches are a 10-25 minute drive.

It felt like a home away from home, only with lovely views and real peace and quiet. We appreciated the breakfast basket and the daily tidying. When the air conditioner gave us a small problem, they sorted it out straight away. Lots of the area's best beaches are within a 25-minute drive. Such a little slice of heaven.
