San Zeno

The location works well for a mix of things. There’s an Adventure Park five minutes away, and the mountain and lake are about 20 minutes away. The staff are friendly and accommodating, speak several languages, and it’s a dog-friendly place. There’s also a pool that gets sunshine almost all day if you want to relax and tan. The temperature is another plus: warm summer days, then cool enough air in the evening for a good night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi had decent speed and good range throughout the building. Great hotel!

The hotel is clean and no-frills, and the view of Lake Garda is lovely from the room, pool, or dining terrace. The staff were helpful, kind, and easygoing. We enjoyed breakfast and the relaxed atmosphere, and it’s very dog-friendly. We needed an affordable, no-stress mini vacation, and this fit perfectly. Grazie di cuore.

The view is the only good thing I can say about this place. It’s isolated up in the hills, with nothing to do nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, and cleanliness wasn’t great. At times there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms. The balconies at least make the small rooms feel less claustrophobic. The staff were really rude to me and our group. Food was barely adequate, and breakfast was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists or young people. We were treated like second-class guests.

We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after dinner and taking photos of the beautiful sunsets. The hotel is quiet, and the balconies have breathtaking views. Rooms facing Lake Garda are peaceful and look out over the water; the road-facing rooms can be noisy at night from cars and motorcycles, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The food is good, and the staff were willing to help with food allergies and accommodate our requests. It’s family-friendly and has parking. Every staff member works hard to make the stay better, and I can’t thank them enough. Grazie mille.
