Lu Zezzu

We were there August 19th to 22nd and left so happy. Sergio made us feel like family, always looking after us. Breakfast was generous, and he'd even pack prosciutto sandwiches and a bottle of water, sometimes two, for the beach. The rooms were roomy and spotless. After our beach days, he'd have the hot tub ready with a tasty aperitif. Such a lovely four days. We'll definitely return. Thank you ❤️

There wasn't a single thing to complain about. The B&B has everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable weekend, and Sergio is such a caring, thoughtful person. He makes you feel that he really cares from the moment you meet him. We'll have this place in mind whenever we come back to Salento. Thanks, Sergio! 😊

We wanted somewhere peaceful for a Gallipoli weekend, close enough to the beaches and town without being right in the middle of things. Lu Zezzu B&B worked perfectly. It's about 7 km from Gallipoli's historic center and 5 km from Lido dei Pini, with public and private beach options and parking. The property has covered parking, a quiet garden with loungers and tables, and two hot tubs. Our simply furnished room had nice details, air conditioning, a wall TV, and a minibar stocked with complimentary juice and mineral water. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was spotless, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including the unexpected treat of Salento's famous pasticciotti. Mr. Sergio was kind and helpful throughout, even making sandwiches for us to take to the beach the next day. We'd choose it again for a weekend in Salento. Highly recommend.

Sergio was the real highlight. He looked after us from arrival to departure, was always happy to help with our requests, and even offered a pre-dinner aperitif and sandwiches for lunch by the sea. That made a big difference with our two young children, especially our one-year-old with his own mealtimes. Breakfast was hearty too. The property is only 5 km from Gallipoli's beaches, with roomy, comfortable rooms and an outdoor area with loungers, sofas, and two hot tubs for a relaxing afternoon. There's shaded parking with a remote for coming and going whenever you like. Three small apartments and an outdoor pool are being built. We just got back from three days here and will definitely return next year.
