La Casa Nova

We had a fun time with the kids kicking a ball around in the garden, which has a soccer goal. The garden in front of the house is lovely and peaceful, and the place is truly enchanting. The house is spacious and has two brand new bathrooms. Just a couple of comfort issues: the double mattress and pillow could be better, and a more ergonomic sink would make washing dishes easier. Management was very friendly, and the price was very good for our family of four. I'd give it an excellent rating and recommend it.

The price was more than fair, and the studio was clean with parking onsite. There's everything you need to cook, and Sansepolcro, Città di Castello, and Anghiari are nearby. It's a beautiful little studio in a rustic building, the sort of place you fall for as soon as you see it from a distance. We arrived on Christmas Eve. The owner was very kind and provided a crib for our 48-day-old baby. Our dog was put down right away.

Good transport links and amenities nearby make this a handy choice for a short stay, especially for families. It suits people with modest expectations who can adapt.

The owner is very kind, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Its location works well for visiting Arezzo and Anghiari, as well as the center of San Sepolcro, where Piero della Francesca was born.
