Verde Mare Beach Houses

We booked through Booking.com and paid in full, then called the property managed by Barbuto La Taverna that same day. They said they knew nothing about our reservation. After waiting four hours on site while they said they were cleaning an apartment, we were shown into a different apartment from the one we'd booked. It had broken doors, missing electrical switches with wires exposed, and a dirty bathroom. The refrigerator was in awful shape and smelled moldy, and there were mouse droppings on the sofa bed. They also tried to charge us €140 in cash for utilities and cleaning, fees that hadn't existed.
