The mountain view from the rooms is fantastic. You can lay out a mat on the hillside and just enjoy the quiet. The place is run by a lovely family, and the staff are courteous. There’s a pool with umbrellas and benches, and fruit trees along the road. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre, where a small supermarket opens around 5 p.m. The area is very peaceful, though hiking spots are too far to reach on foot. Even the bugs seem friendly, but bring spray because they love crawling all over you.

We loved our stay. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there was a nice view and pool. The staff were really friendly, too. It was a pleasant surprise for such a cheap place.

The view is spectacular, and the photos really don’t capture how beautiful the place is. The air feels fresh, the room is bright, and the bathroom is roomy and comfortable. There’s a lovely little veranda, plus a beautiful pool with a great view and a bar. Getting to the pool means driving, especially up the hill, which is a bit inconvenient. We also couldn’t really relax because some children and others were making a lot of noise, including shouting.
