Cluana Azienda Agrituristica

We’ll be back, and our four-legged friends were welcomed with so much love. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet the sea is 10 minutes away and the public Bau Beach is close too. At Cluana, the owner is lovely and her family is really helpful. The pool and comfortable garden are set in beautiful grounds with a dreamlike view. Inside, the rooms are clean but a little small, and I’d suggest adding air conditioning and more clothes storage. Breakfast was excellent, with the owner’s homemade products, and you can also buy the lovely garden produce.

The room was simple but clean, and the pool is beautiful and well maintained. It’s a lovely choice if you want quiet and countryside, with a kitchen and an outdoor gazebo for meals. Breakfast is a sweet homemade one, prepared by a discreet, helpful, and excellent hostess.

I stayed four days, and breakfast never changed: just a slice of homemade pie and a croissant with jam that was a day old. As a diabetic, that wasn’t suitable for me. The bath towels weren’t changed at all during the stay, and the bed wasn’t made either.

The owners were helpful and accommodating when guests made requests, and the included breakfast was generous for a reasonable price. It’s a welcoming, peaceful agriturismo a few kilometers from the sea, and pets are welcome. The Wi-Fi could definitely be better.
