B&B Terra Serena

Serena and her family were so thoughtful and kind, always paying attention to what guests needed. The B&B in Cerfignano was spotless and beautifully looked after. We had an excellent stay. A top rating! Alessandra and Massimo from Rome

We had a lovely welcome and a superb breakfast, with homemade cake and options that were gluten-free and lactose-free. The accommodation is excellent value for money, only five minutes from Porto Badisco and Santa Cesarea Terme. Definitely recommended.

We won’t be back, and we can’t recommend this B&B. We had booked there, but when we arrived the owner put us in a neighboring property without warning or explanation. It was significantly worse in both quality and services, and we weren’t offered a choice or told about the change. We felt we were just being placed somewhere, rather than welcomed, and were confused at first about what was going on. The lack of transparency felt unfair and unprofessional, undermined our trust, and spoiled the experience.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the location was good, a few kilometers from the sea. But the floors weren’t properly clean, with dust and hair left behind. Breakfast needs work: the two homemade donuts were excellent, but most of the rest felt artificial, and there were packaged biscuits instead of more local products. For what we paid, the quality didn’t match. More courtesy and friendliness toward guests would have helped.
