The views and location were amazing, and the customer service was really helpful. The place was clean, had plenty of parking and came with all the essentials we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay and would definitely come back 🧡

The worst part was trying to use the laundry. There’s just one washing machine, and it was always occupied, so it was basically impossible to get a turn. I was on the third floor, with no elevator, and had to go up and down several times to try the machine in the basement. The laundry area is in a dark corner of the underground parking lot. It felt scary, with very little light. There was no room cleaning, and changing towels costs €5. For three guests staying three nights, they left one tiny sample bottle of shampoo. I don’t think that’s enough. The self check-in machine didn’t work properly, and no staff member was there to welcome anyone. It felt like everything was set up for the owners’ convenience instead of the guests’. This barely qualifies as a hotel, and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely do not recommend it.

Having shared laundry available was a nice bonus after a long hike. The apartment was clean and lovely, with a beautiful view of the waterfall. Ortisei is only a short drive away, so it worked well as a base for exploring the area.

Our room stopped being heated after 11:00 pm. Parking was another hassle: the hotel has spaces, but not enough for all the guests. During our seven-day stay, towels were changed every three days and the bed linen wasn’t changed at all. We also learned only after arriving that we’d have to pay a €55 fee if we didn’t clean the kitchen before checkout. That and the towel policy hadn’t been clearly explained when booking. The stay wasn’t terrible, but the online ratings had set higher expectations. The hotel should be clearer about these policies so guests aren’t caught by surprise.
