The lady accepted our Airbnb reservation, but when six of us and a dog arrived after five hours of travel, nobody was there. We struggled to find her phone number, and when we finally called, she even got angry. We asked hotels nearby for help and then found out that, apparently, she had been taking reservations for months and not cancelling them.

The apartments are cozy and clean, and the location is great. The room had everything needed for a good holiday, though I did miss having a dryer for wet clothes after skiing. A very good hotel.
