Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and top quality products, and the food overall was great in both taste and presentation. We stayed in a Superior Room that was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Service was amazing all the way through, warm, attentive, and truly professional. The spa was elegant and relaxing, perfect after a day in the mountains.

We'll definitely come back. The restaurant service was exceptional, and after trying dinner once, we stopped looking elsewhere, even though we'd hesitated about pre-ordering dinners for the whole stay. The receptionists were extremely helpful, and affordable laundry service made a big difference for us. There's onsite parking, and the hotel is beautiful, with wonderful people working there. We enjoyed our time in the area.

The room was very small, hot, and poorly ventilated, so it was hard to rest after long days in the mountains. Breakfast was genuinely good, with a nice range of fresh options, and the location was convenient. But one staff member was rude and dismissive, leaving us uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if we weren't being taken seriously. We had hoped for a relaxing visit to beautiful Val Gardena, but the service and room conditions disappointed us. We wouldn't choose Hotel Touring in St. Cristina Val Gardena again.

A three minute shuttle ride gets you to the ski lift, and the hotel's location in town is good. The Finnish sauna was a great way to finish a day skiing, and the pool had the best views of the mountain and town. The food was great, the bar was good, and the rooms were very nice, with wonderful views of the Dolomites. Staff were exceptionally friendly. A wonderful hotel.

We turned up late on a Thursday and stayed because it was the only hotel with its door open. It turned out to be an excellent experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, and it's one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended.
