A lovely little town, and our room was clean and nice. The staff were really great too. It would have been five stars if it had been warmer inside.

We wanted to visit the ancient site at Maulana, but it was closed. The staff rang someone who said they could take us there, and one of the hotel owners, Emelio, came along because his English was better than the guide's. They couldn't have been more helpful. The staff were friendly throughout. My only complaint is that the hotel was listed as having a working restaurant, but it wasn't open. Maybe it was too late in the season.

The staff are friendly, and the surroundings are nice. So far we've had a really nice stay, with a good-sized room and a swimming pool.
