Getting here was worth the drive. The hosts were delightful, the accommodation was excellent, the view was stunning, and breakfast was huge. One warning: Google Maps may send you down the SP3 and then left up an extremely steep, inaccessible driveway. Don’t take that route. At the SP3/SP4 junction, take the SP4 and park at the parcheggio opposite the commune / municipio. Walk up the hill from there. Enjoy!

The private terrace had amazing views, and the owners were always available if we needed help or information. They run a coffee shop next door. We spent two nights in this lodge on the hilltop, right on the main plaza, and everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the internet was good, and so was breakfast. The owners were very friendly.

Anton and Irene took wonderful care of us during our four nights here. We had plenty of breakfast choices, with more available if we wanted them, and being able to make tea or coffee whenever we liked was a real bonus. We booked the disabled room. It was clean and spacious, which made our stay stress free. Each night our host had a way to quieten the "fountain" outside the bathroom window so the running water wouldn’t disturb us. Guests can use the private balconies, with stunning views of the coast and the Polino National Park. Being right in the village’s main Piazza means the local shops and bars are only a short stroll away. It felt like a home in the heart of the village. Just about perfect!
