After a tough drive through Nebrodi park in a small sedan, we were so warmly welcomed. Another place we’d asked about rang around and finally got us booked here for one night. Then our hosts told us about a food festival, so we decided to stay a couple of nights instead. I’m so glad we did. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. From our big balcony, I watched beautiful sunrises, with Etna clearly visible. Don’t be put off by the outside, the owners are lovely and it’s a great place.

Marcello and his brother were lovely and helpful, with lots of good suggestions for places to visit around Sicily. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The room was nice and clean, and the view of Etna from the big balcony was astonishing. We also really enjoyed the tasty, generous breakfast and welcome drink.

There’s a lot of potential in this B&B, and the low prices were a pleasant surprise. It’s on the ground floor of a building and has several rooms. The furnishings are new, and the mattress in our room was new too, but cleanliness could use more attention. The heating smelled dusty, and the bathroom and some amenities could use more care as well. The owner, who also runs the café next door, greeted us warmly when we arrived and offered us pastries and coffee. I highly recommend it.

The owners were quick to respond to any request, and their courtesy and helpfulness really made a difference. Breakfast is served at their café, with homemade croissants, freshly baked meals and granita. Our room was clean. Excellent!
