The owners were very friendly, and the price was great. It’s right on the slope and only two minutes from K1 apreski.

The breakfast tasted good, though it was all cold and the choices stayed the same during a longer stay. The rooms are what you'd expect for the star rating, but the furniture feels dated. Ours had no fridge, kettle, or enough glasses for everyone. The location is excellent for skiing, and I was satisfied overall.

We spent three days skiing at Kronplatz, took the short ski bus for a day at Alta Badia, and drove to 3 Zinnen. It would have been ideal if the train from Percha gondola had been running. The family who runs this place is really friendly, and the rooms are charming. It's well set up for skiers, with only a short walk to the lifts.

The owner was very accommodating, and the place is quiet on a side street. The cable car station is only 300 meters away. Top spot.
