If you won't be spending much time in the room, this is a very affordable place to stay. The rooms are a decent size, the air conditioning is nice, and it's well placed for walking to Rome's main train station and the Metro. Just be aware this is a hostel, not a hotel: you have to climb or descend 80 stairs each time you come and go, staff availability is limited, and there's no lobby.

Getting around Rome was easy from here, since Termini station is only a few minutes away on foot. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a busy area. Staff were friendly and happy to help with advice, too. A practical, good-value option for either a short visit or a longer stay.

We stayed as a family and would gladly come back. The room was spacious, air conditioned, clean, and functional, with comfortable beds. The building isn't modern, and the rooms are fairly basic, but the staff were welcoming, attentive, and fantastically helpful. They even contacted us before arrival and gave us a Rome map with transport tips. It's also a great base for getting around the city.
