The best part was the bathroom, which was spacious and pleasant. The place was clean and renovated, and I also enjoyed coffee from the espresso machine. My room had a terrace where I could look out over the area while eating breakfast in the warm morning sun. The housekeeping was very thorough, and it was great to have free luggage storage at a B&B. It's an apartment with two bedrooms used as a B&B. The building is clean and modern, with an elevator. Tiburtina Station is a five-minute walk away, with Flixbus and various other buses, as well as trains to small towns near Rome. The subway is at the station too, and Termini is only four stops away, which made sightseeing convenient.

Avoid this place. They took cash without giving a receipt. The location was poor, the building dirty, and the bathroom and linens only just passable. The furniture was old, and even touching it or the accessories felt unpleasant.
