We spent time by the pool, where towels, umbrellas, and loungers were provided, and the owner brought us a simple but welcome drink. Nicoletta's friendliness and courtesy really stood out, with a genuine old-fashioned farmhouse warmth. The room was spacious, with a very large bathroom. There was no air conditioning, but ceiling fans were a good alternative, and there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room. We were welcomed warmly with homemade treats, then had Italian breakfasts on the outdoor patio, with brioches, jams, juice, and a different dessert to try each day. We appreciated it all.

After a long day of work, I found rest, quiet, and refreshment here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the morning birdsong was lovely, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was superb, with wonderful products grown on Podere Il Mulino. The welcome was warm and kind, and my country-style room was cozy and lovely, with everything I needed and more. I didn't photograph the room, but I did take a couple of pictures of the view from its two windows. A little treat for body and soul 🍪🥂😇🙏 Highly recommend! 😉😁

The covered terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast outside, especially with the delicious homemade jams. There was also a pool to cool off in, useful Wi-Fi, and lots of peace with the calming sounds of nature. The rooms were simple but well maintained, and Nicoletta's hospitality will stay with me. A delightful short visit to this B&B.
