The hotel is really close to the sea, and the rooms were nice with all the basics we needed. A big plus for LANVIN. The service was very friendly, and they let us check in early. I'd recommend it.

Good rooms and a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good. Parking is in front on the atremti, though maybe there's a more spacious area somewhere else.

10/10
We spent five nights here, and it was a great base for visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre towns. The staff were efficient and experienced, and we'd definitely stay again. The hotel was very clean and spacious, in a wonderful location near the train, waterfront, cafes, restaurants, and lively, beautiful Piazza Caprera. Breakfast was great, and dinner in the restaurant one night was probably the best meal we had in Santa Margherita.

We had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Our room felt welcoming and was big enough. I'd definitely recommend this hotel when visiting santa Margherita Ligure or portofino.

6/10
The rooms felt very small, and the cleanliness could use more regular attention. The staff were friendly and helpful, though, and the location is excellent for exploring the area.
