The Forti family made us feel at home, greeting us with great courtesy. We had a pleasant weekend in Val d’Orcia with our 3-year-old daughter, staying in this brand new structure. The apartment was spacious and had every comfort. Breakfast was especially generous and varied, with biscuits, cakes, Tuscan bread, fruit, ham, and more. It's ideally placed for getting around the beautiful Valley.

The rooms were large and clean, and breakfast with local products was good. The only reason I gave the location four stars is that the park isn't part of the hotel itself.

The staff deserve a special mention. They were extremely kind and helpful from the first email, and even more so in person. The hotel itself is elegant, modern, well cared for, and right in the town center. We got an upgrade to the beautiful, spacious "red" suite, with cooking facilities, an outdoor patio, a walk-in shower, and a very comfortable bed. As spa enthusiasts, we loved the private spa with its Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, and sensory shower. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of sweet and savory choices. Truly, congratulations!
