The peaceful, private setting still leaves you close to the heart of Portofino and the surrounding area. Villa Gelsomino Exclusive House made our stay feel thoughtfully arranged from the moment we arrived. The hosts and staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive, with good recommendations and help whenever we needed it. They contact you through whatsapp, which makes communication easier. Between the luxury, calm, views, and hospitality, Villa Gelsomino is a special place. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Portofino.

We only had a short time in the area, but the villa was comfortable, elegant, and felt personal. We were lucky the chef was there, and we had homemade dinner just outside our room in the common area. The balcony gave us a beautiful sea view. We also brought pizza back at night and ate it there with some wine. Consider staying here, you won't regret it.

The staff were so gentle, kind, and warm, and I'll never forget staying here. The historic building is beautiful. It's hard to find a hotel this fantastic. We had a wonderful time, one that nothing else could replace.

It was hard to leave this villa in Santa Margherita Ligure. We stayed right up to the last minute of check-out, trying to take in as much of the stunning view as we could. This was easily one of the most beautiful places we've stayed. The thoughtful details, design, staff, and atmosphere all made the experience feel dreamy and relaxing. We can't recommend it highly enough. A real gem.
