B&B Le rose di Paola

Our room was small, though not too small, and it was pleasant, quiet, dry, and had good air conditioning. The only drawback was that the bathroom was outside the room, though it was just for us, in good condition, and had a large shower with a rain shower head. I don’t know whether the other rooms have their own bathrooms. We were just passing through for two days, and I’d love to return. We were looking for somewhere near Florence and Pisa and found it here. The value for money was excellent, the hostess was very friendly, and breakfast was lovely. Parking is secure in a private driveway behind a gate, and you get your own remote control to come and go whenever you like.

Breakfast was the best part for us: plenty to choose from, including fresh bakery croissants every day, pastries, snacks, juice, and focaccia. Our room was spotless and welcoming, with a big open shower in the clean bathroom. When we arrived that afternoon, it was ready straight away, and there was an adjoining breakfast room where we could get coffee, juice, and snacks. They’d thought of all the little details. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

The hostess was so warm and kind. Her love for her homeland really comes through, and it’s something you have to experience for yourself. We had a wonderful stay, with everything carefully designed and very clean. The location worked well for driving to both Pisa and Florence. Breakfast had lots of sweet and savory choices, including Tuscan specialties. Thanks for everything, we’ll see you soon! Claudia, Diego, and Sofia

We stayed for two nights with our two children, and it was a great base for visiting the Tuscan villages. The B&B sits between Pisa, Lucca, and Florence, and it was lovely to come back to somewhere quiet after a full day out. Our room was roomy and peaceful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had all the amenities. Breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were so friendly and ready with tips on trips, places to see, and especially local restaurants. Highly recommended.
