The hotel is elegant, with a large parking lot beside it, good access, and a quiet neighborhood. Our large room had a terrace and a view of Mount Etna. The evening restaurant is very popular locally, and the pizza is exceptional. Service was excellent. Breakfast was adequate and mostly sweet, served at the table. Some parts of the room need repairs, and both the room and bathroom are dark. Brighter bulbs would help, especially in the bathroom. A breakfast buffet would be nice, with vegetables and more savory choices.

We had dinner at the smartly set poolside tables and really enjoyed the menu. The staff were attentive and polite, and the hotel has a lovely setting with great Etna views. I'd definitely stay again.

We ended up eating dinner at the hotel every night, which we don't usually do. The food was excellent, and the chefs were amazing. Breakfast was superb too. The rooms were kept really clean, and the lobby and restaurants were excellent. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks for such a memorable stay! Six stars 🤩

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was quiet and impeccably clean, and we had such a pleasant stay. It works well for business or leisure. When we're back in Sicily for a meeting, we know where we'll stay.
