We only spent one night here before taking the ferry to Bonafacio, but it was a lovely stop. The town itself is nice, with a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurant and bar choices, even at the end of October. Franco kindly offered us a lift and drove us to the ferry in the morning. Monica was welcoming, and the junior suite was perfect: spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. Franco made the modern furniture by hand, and it fits the room so well. The artwork is interesting, the lighting is fun, there are plenty of towels, the shower is great, the bed is comfortable, and it’s quiet. Breakfast had lots of options, including eggs. It was great value, and Monica and Franco are wonderful hosts.

The rooms looked just like the photos and were clean. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for beaches nearby. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend it!

After six nights here, we left very happy. Monique says she only speaks a little English, but we had no trouble communicating. The room was spotless and had its own character, thanks to furniture made by her husband. The bathroom has a roomy shower with good water pressure. Breakfast includes both sweet and savory choices, pancakes too, so you won’t leave hungry. The hosts even lent us a beach umbrella. We unfortunately damaged it, but the owners weren’t bothered. The place is peaceful and close to the center, with lots of restaurants around. Book earlier in the day unless you arrive right when they open. A few things to know: there are mosquitoes in the garden, and their bites can itch even though you may not notice being bitten, so bring repellent for breakfast outside. Parking is behind a gate; the entrance is a little narrow, as you might expect in Italy. We had a Fiat Panda, but a larger car should be fine too. Rena Bianca is nearby, though the route through town is quite steep, and the beach gets packed, so it didn’t feel very comfortable during COVID time. Grazie!

My wife and I have been traveling for three months, and this was the most comfortable bed we’ve found. The room was lovely, breakfast exceptional, and the owner and his daughter were charming and incredibly helpful. Fantastic B & B in every respect. We couldn’t recommend Les Chambres more highly.
