Check-in wasn't handled well. Even though I'd coordinated my arrival time, I waited 45 minutes outside before anyone let me in. The apartment is shared with guests in two other rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom, and the TV and cable didn't work. The beds are tiny. It's on a busy, noisy main road in a middle-class residential area, one block from a train stop. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our trip was ruined when they canceled our reservation just five days before we were due to arrive. After we'd booked two months earlier, Booking sent a message saying there was a reservation problem and they couldn't host us. What a disgrace.

The room was modern, clean, and welcoming, and I really liked it. Lorenzo was so kind.
