Stay away! This place is terrifying. People can be left outside for check-in for as long as five or six hours. In July, elderly people have fallen ill in 40-degree heat and had to be rescued by residents of the building. Be careful.

Disgusting. We waited outside the building for four hours and nobody opened the door. The neighbors said this had happened to other people too.

Tourists get left waiting outside for hours. There's no service or courtesy, and it's incredible that a place like this can still exist.
